Eileen Cummins (75) of Pearl River, NY passed away on Friday, July 3, 2020.  She was born in Brooklyn, NY as the 5th child of Thomas and Mary Conniff. She is predeceased by her siblings Henry/Bro. Jude, Francis and Eleanor and is survived by her brother Thomas and his wife Margaret. A devout Catholic her entire life, Eileen attended St. Anselm School in Bay Ridge and St. Brendan’s High School in Brooklyn. She then worked as a secretary for several years, including at Muldoon and Horgan until the birth of her first child, Glenn. 

In the 1980’s she resumed her career at St. Patrick’s Elementary School and P. S. 185 and also graduated from Kingsboro Community College during this time. After her retirement, she moved to Tarrytown and then Pearl River, NY. 

She is survived by her children Glenn and his wife Sheila ad Molly Nagy and her husband Mike as well as her seven grandchildren, Glen, Christopher, Michael, Nicole, Molly, Kaitlyn and Julia. 

Visitation is private followed by a  Mass of Christian Burial at St. Aedan’s R. C. Church, Pearl River, NY and burial in Calvary Cemetery, Queens, NY on July 10, 2020.  In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Maryknoll Fathers & Brothers in Ossining, N.Y.
